RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

 

For online purchases, the customer has 48 hours to return a product purchased that is considered to be a gift. In the case of furniture or personalized products, no merchandise can be returned given that it forms part of a binding order made by the customer, normally manufactured exclusively for that order, to the customer’s exact specification.

Delivery costs for the products you wish to exchange or return, shall be exclusively at the customer’s expense and under no circumstances will MED403 S.L. accept returns sent as freight collect.

All returned items must be in their original packaging and the product(s) must be unused and in perfect condition. Once the product(s) have been received, MED403 S.L. will verify that they are in good condition and will request the corresponding Credit Institution to reimburse the payment on the credit card.

This should not be the case, but sometimes, if the total order consists of several products, they could arrive in more than one delivery. This would mean that one or more items would be received first, and the rest at a later date. This could be due to the selected items being in different warehouses, thus making up different deliveries.

SUPPLY COVERAGE

The purchase of the offered products is only valid in the territory of the state of Spain, except in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Individuals physically resident outside of Spain can only benefit from the online purchase service of this website if the order delivery address is within the aforementioned territory.

Shipments of inter-island products, from peninsula to islands or vice versa, and shipments outside of Spain are not considered as within Spanish territory.

CURRENCIES AND TAXES

All prices displayed on this site are in Euros and include indirect taxes.

In accordance with current legislation, MED403 S.L. is required to apply Value Added Tax (IVA) to all orders. IVA is at the legally applicable rate. Once the purchase order is completed, and before paying the order, a final summary will be presented indicating the item(s) purchased and the total cost (including taxes and delivery).

PAYMENT METHOD AND SECURITY

MED403 S.L. offers you the following secure payment methods:

If you decide to pay by transfer, you must indicate on the transfer form the name and order code which appears on the order confirmation sent by email (this is critical to be able to quickly locate the order details).

There will be 3 calendar days in which to make the payment. Once the payment has been confirmed, the order will be sent. To expedite this process, you can send proof of payment by transfer to [email protected]. The time to deliver will begin on confirmation of payment.

PURCHASE LIMITATIONS

MED403 S.L. does not allow the purchase of their products for subsequent resale.

DELIVERY COSTS

The delivery costs detailed below are valid for deliveries within the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
You can check the delivery cost of each product in the tab “delivery” within the details page of that product.
You can also check the total delivery cost of your order at the end of the payment process.

The delivery cost will be €14.99, except for special orders and those out with the national territory.

The delivery time of items purchased on the MED403 S.L. website will be indicated at the end of the order, and the order will be delivered approximately at the time shown on the product sheet as well as on the order summary. The delivery time is only approximate and is not binding as the delivery is provided by third parties outside of MED403 S.L.

The process will be the following: once the purchased item(s) have been prepared, the client will receive an email in which they will be able to consult the current state of their order.

If the order consists of two or more items, they could arrive in more than one delivery. This would mean that one or more items would be received first, and the rest at a later date. This could be due to the selected items being in different warehouses, thus making up different deliveries.

The transport cost of the items purchased includes their delivery to the delivery address chosen by the customer during the purchase process. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that there is suitable access to the specified address in order to carry out this service under normal conditions. If, due to the dimensions of the purchased product(s), it is impossible to delivery these items to that address, neither the transport company nor MED403 S.L. will be liable for expenses resulting from the delivery into the address by other means (for example: the use of cranes or lifting platforms).
The transport cost does not include the removal of furniture. If the client needs furniture removed, this must be documented, and then Customer Services will review the request and send a personalized quote.
